1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing normally takes 7 to10 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday - Friday. For example (If you ordered on Saturday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location. Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location. All Packages Delivery is with the USPS. Our normal business days are Tuesday-Friday

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your tracking number will be sent via email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 to 10 business days from placing your orders please contact us at (513)409-1698

3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

4. May I return my order?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. We stand by the quality of our accessories, handbags, and hair extensions....and trust you will be completely satisfied.

5. At check out can I choose to pick up my online order in store?

Yes:-) If you choose this option please be aware that your order will not be available for pick up until after you receive the confirmation email stating that your order is ready. Processing may take 7 to 10 business days.
